Cheers to Matt for discovering this excellent Making Of for Predator. I won’t lie to you, Predator is one of my all time favourite films, bringing together the expertise of the fantastic John McTiernan, the legendary Stan Winston, and an incredible ensemble cast of Schwarzenegger, Duke, Weathers, Ventura, Landham, and.. er.. you know, the other two. I won’t spoil any of the insights in this documentary (bear in mind too that its from 2003, so Stan Winston thankfully was still with us to talk about the creation of the Predator itself) but its a fascinating look at the entire production process, with footage from 86 and 03 from all the key players.
